Great guy. Had a flat away from home he treated me like family.
Dropped off my car with transmission problems. Just got the call today 47 days later that it was ready. They only called me once (around the 2 week mark), and that was because they thought I had brought in a different car. They didn't know whose car was whose. I never signed anything authorizing work, (my mistake I suppose) and in talks with the mechanic the highest number quoted was x amount. When it is ready to pick up it is about 250 more than that. They did have some issues during this time period (one mechanic's mother passed away and was out for a week) but nothing that would excuse this kind of poor performance.
Was told I was getting a used motor put in my truck. And that is NOT what they did. You can also visibly see where they put a jack underneath my Catalytic Converter. Twice now after having them work on my truck, I have had to get my exhaust welded back together...I have spent $3000 to this shop and my truck still isn't fixed properly. The mechanic there is very Shady. Be Aware of this place
