We get to the ER.... Guess what???? He was having a stroke. Thanks for your lack of professionalism, lack of common sense, and lack of any sort of ability to recognize that he came in there for help, and you tell him to come back tomorrow. TO the Hilliard office, Shame on You!
Drove my father to see his primary because he was seeing double, dizzy, and was stumbling when he walked. Before I get inside the building the receptionist had already dismissed him saying "No doctor available, everyone is gone for the day, (it's 3:35pm on a Wednesday) to come back tomorrow " anyone who works in the medical field knows (double vision, stumbling, and lightheaded) are all signs of a stroke. My dad replies to her as saying " I guess I'll go to the ER ( I am now walking in the door) I hear her say " well, if that's what you want to do".
